SHIPPING

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship Internationally. Shipping costs will vary depending on location, and will be added at checkout. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your chosen shipping address, please email us at info@no91.com 

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on your location. UK orders should take between 1-3 working days to arrive (depending on chosen service). We aim to deliver European orders between 3-5 working days, and Worldwide between 5-7 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For UK orders with use Royal Mail's 'Tracked 24 / 48' services.
For International orders we use a variety of shipping carriers depending on your delivery location. You will be able to select shipping method at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a direct link to your tracking in your shipping confirmation. Simply click on the link to view the up to date tracking for your order.
If you haven't received your tracking information please email info@no91.com  and we will provide it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

RETURNS

Do You Accept returns?

Yes we do. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us and exchange it for an alternative size or style or have the item(s) refunded. Please see our customer care page for full details.Can I return swimwear or underwear?

We do accept returns on sale items, as long as all the tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any swimwear or underwear products, unless the item is faulty.

How long do I have to return a product?

To qualify for an exchange or refund, all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order and be in an unworn, unused condition with the original tags attached.

Have you received my return?

Please allow up to 14 days for your item(s) to be received and processed from when you have sent it. When your return has been processed, you will be contacted and a refund will be issued through your original payment method, which could take up to 5 work days.

Can I get my product personalised?

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

What if a product is out of stock in the required colour of size?

Everything that is displayed on our website is everything that we have in stock and available. However, please feel free to email us for more information about any particular products or styles.
